About this form:

  • Please complete this form and submit to KalPlant 3D along with your STL file.
  • Once we have all of the required information per below, we will email you a quotation and payment details, usually within 12 hours. 
  • If you are not sure on how to convert to STL using your CAD system, contact us for instructions.
  • We treat all intellectual property (including STL files) with utmost confidence. We only use these files for completion of the quantity of print builds ordered. Files can then be stored locally on our server for future runs or if requested, deleted. If our quotation to you is not accepted, please advise and any intellectual property you have submitted to us will be deleted.
