Established in 2007, KalPlant Engineering is a South-Western NSW based, family owned company specialising in Mechanical Engineering Design, Prototyping and Fabrication. Since inception, we have provided our services to many businesses and individuals with projects ranging from single component design to massive CAD assemblies with literally 1,000s of individual components. From sheet metal cabinets for the medical industries, to 50 tonne power generators for the oil & gas industries, our clientele base ranges from Cairns QLD, to Perth WA, and we pride ourselves on our continuing relationship with all of our clients.
Whether your requirement is to have an existing CAD file professionally 3D printed or a design concept that requires 3D design modelling plus manufacturing, we have the experience and technology to make it happen for you. In most circumstances, we offer the peace of mind of a fixed price quotation.
Who is behind KalPlant 3D?
David Kal is the managing director of KalPlant Engineering which trades as KalPlant 3D. Prior to studying engineering, David had extensive "hands-on" experience as a Fitter/Welder, before becoming a Plant Mechanic by trade. David's hands-on understanding of mechanical processes and manufacturing has always proven to be a distinct advantage to his clients as a design engineer.
